The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or amended, except under specific circumstances such as match cancellations or verified technical issues acknowledged by management.
• If a sporting event — such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, FA Cup Malaysia, or a BWF badminton tournament — is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules set out on the Sports Rules page.
• For esports betting such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB), DOTA 2, or Valorant — if a match is not completed in full according to the original format, bets will be settled at the discretion of the bonus888h management team based on official tournament organiser data.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format and may change before a bet is placed. The applicable odds are those accepted at the time the bet is confirmed, not when it was initiated.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market. These limits may vary depending on the bet type, market, and the member's account status.
• Bonus888h reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving insider information, fraud, or any form of unfair activity.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform bonus888h and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Multiple account usage – registering or using more than one account.
• Money laundering – using the platform to convert, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraud and forgery – providing false personal information, fraudulent documents, or another person's identity.
• Use of automated software – using bots, automated scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in betting or gameplay.
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities – seeking out, exploiting, or sharing any technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
• Harassment & Threats – threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately towards any member of the bonus888h support team or other members.
• Collusion in games – colluding secretly with other players in poker or skill-based games to gain an unfair advantage over others.

Account on the platform bonus888h may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary closure by member – you may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you.
• Self-exclusion – you may choose to exclude yourself from the platform for a duration of your choosing via our Responsible Gaming feature.
